Me too. Premier Ford is introducing vaccine passports in Ontario for restaurants, clubs, bars, etc. on September 22. The walls are closing in on me.
Can you easily get a job somewhere else or stay and fight it with any of the tactics that have been suggested here?
i have been known to speak truth to power, and i will always stand up for the rights of the individual. i am turning 60 next year and was hoping to make retirement age, but they keep pushing it back... i appreciate all the messages of support, this is truly the best forum on the web... true FRiends i do not know.

My wife is Japanese (the nail that sticks up gets the hammer) and she’s a bit of a hypochondriac which doesn’t help.
About 3 weeks ago she asked me what I’d do if work required a jab. I told her under no condition whatsoever would I get a jab. If that meant I lost my current job so be it.
She wasn’t happy, but both my daughters (grown up and out of college) and I have avoided it to this point, so my wife has as not taken it as well.
Truth is that I could retire yesterday except I need health insurance to keep her happy....so back to the salt mines...cause truth is I still love her. :)
I suppose I’d take it if it comes right down to it. Research the countermeasures and you’ll probably be ok. It really is tiny percentages of people with serious problems. The point being, of course, that we resent the hell out of being forced to risk ANY reaction for a poorly designed, poorly understood cocktail that doesn’t really work against something with the same relative risk as the flu.
I know somewhere there is a short list of thing to NOT do prior to getting the jab to make sure it was effective.
I don’t remember them all, but one thing was to not take any Tylenol in advance.
I’m pretty sure the list came out long before the the heavy hand of the government was out of its velvet glove

Also, teeman8r, according to Dr. Malone, if one has to get jabbed, insist on waiting until the vaccine COMIRNITY is available. That vaccine, and only that vaccine, has the FDA approval and problems caused by it will fall under the Consumer Protection Agency.
The “jabbers” are trying to use up all the EUA vaccines currently, Pfizer, Moderna and J&J, and they have no liability for these.
