I had to look it up. I thought it might actually be a word I never heard of. It isn’t.
“Incuniate.” One might be tempted to pronounce this “in Q un iate.”

It’s his account. As for the misspelling, he’s a law professor. I wonder if that’s an obscure legal term?
The guy that posted it is Behizy. He is on GAB, but he didn’t post that particular one with the misspelling. I don’t know who he is. Seems good.
