What’s your point? A vaccine can be fully approved and still not covered under those programs. Your first link says as much.
The discussion has been whether Pfizer vaccine is fully approved, not whether it’s covered under those programs.
I was responding to what moonhawk said;
“Chemically, yes, legally, no. The difference being that if you are one of the unfortunate ones who react adversely to the experimental drug, you have no legal recourse if you get the one that is still operating under the EUA. And that is the only one available here in the US.”
His point stands. Fully approved should put it under VCIP, is it under VCIP?
