What’s your point? A vaccine can be fully approved and still not covered under those programs. Your first link says as much.

The discussion has been whether Pfizer vaccine is fully approved, not whether it’s covered under those programs.

I was responding to what moonhawk said;

His point stands. Fully approved should put it under VCIP, is it under VCIP?
