None that I have ever heard of. Everybody here in farm country uses it.
My dogs also take an Ivermectin pill (dog version) monthly. No problems.

He starts out talking about the importance of vitamin D to the immune system. The ivermectin part starts at 15:10 and gets really good at 16:25 (he states that you can take it at 30-40 times the dose and it’s STILL safe).
If you’re forced to take the animal version because you can’t get it any other way, there’s nothing harmful to humans in the ingredients list. I’ve been taking the animal version weekly for 6 months and I’m still here and in excellent health.
