Anyway, the reason I'm asking is because on the video, every once in a while a screen would show up with President Trump's smiling happy face with the caption "Breaking Trump News Today." At one point that screen was being adjusted to fit an area. There also a News Max logo there. Did this actually happens or is it photoshoped?

I’ve read that, after the judge’s ruling about election fraud in Wisconsin, Governor Tony Evers has asked the judge to force PDJT to pay the state’s legal costs personally. It’s possible that the Breaking News you were being told about was this request by Evers.
I went to the Tucker video and that really was odd how a still picture of President Trump was getting fitted onto the screen, several times, and even over the live feed of a guest. Very strange indeed.
