There is a bill and she is opposing it using the Corporate/Libertarian argument that pretends there is no difference between requiring a uniform and requiring you to inject an experimental substance into your body.


Republican Governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem, is not backing legislation that would ban vaccine mandates in her state. Two Republican state reps, Jon Hansen and Scott Odenbach are trying to push legislation that would stop businesses mandating their employees be vaccinated. Their legislation is called The COVID-19 Vaccine Freedom of Conscience Act.
