Republican Governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem, is not backing legislation that would ban vaccine mandates in her state. Two Republican state reps, Jon Hansen and Scott Odenbach are trying to push legislation that would stop businesses mandating their employees be vaccinated. Their legislation is called The COVID-19 Vaccine Freedom of Conscience Act.

I have debated, if you can all it that, with many libertarians (I call them “liberaltarians”) in FR years ago. Their positions have nothing in common with the principles upon which the country was founded, nor the Constitution.
There are always 'bills' and they sit there on Capitol Hill. Pass the legislature and send it to her, then you have an argument.
