I’d think that laws banning “hostile work environment” and “discrimination” would cover what’s going on with the shot mandates

____________________________________

Unfortunately, I don’t see any way for work environments to not be hostile going forward.

Even when it becomes recognized that the vax is worse than the risk of getting a bad case of Covid, the vaxxed are going to whine about how much stress they feel wondering if they are permanently injured as a result of taking the vax. They will be new victim class.

The unvaxxed will be accused by them of staring at them wrong or something or otherwise making them feel uncomfortable.

The unvaxxed will be hated for having been right.

The unvaxxed will be given more work to do because employers won’t want to stress out the vaxxed too much and bring on some sort of “episode.”

Insurance rates for the vaxxed are going to go up and they won’t be allowed to be discriminated against, so the unvaxxed will get hit with the same rate increases and will stare daggers at the vaxxed even more.

The only solution I see is to have separate workplaces.

So while I think there are many other reasons driving companies to mandate the vax, it would not surprise me if one reason is that some executives fear the truth coming out about the vax and are rushing to make sure there aren’t enough unvaxxed employees left to form a significant enough group.

After all, if half your people are vaxxed already, you are at perpetual civil war territory in your company if you just leave the unvaxxed alone.

The owner of the company I work for was among the first to be vaxxed. His wife is a nurse and has ms, and he just did as she wanted. He seemed almost gleefull when he told me that he may “have to” require the vax.

Knowing him as I do, I suspect he just wants someone with brains to validate his choice to be vaxxed.

Not gonna do it.

He will have to fire me.

I’m a Fed…We got the email today… I had to report my vaccine status. So will I start getting a flood of propaganda emails urging me to get with the program and get the jab?

I think all this stuff is pre-The Great Awakening.

The current issues that divide us, family member against family member, co-worker against co-worker, vaxxed against unvaxxed, masked against unmasked, have been engineered to be divisive.

In the end, either the Deep State is defeated and these conflicts melt away, or the Deep State wins, and true believers are crushed under the boot of history.

One or the other. Not both.

Or the unvaxxed will have their rates raised to pay for the “extra” costs of care...

(snip) CHICAGO, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Delta Air Lines (DAL.N) on Wednesday said employees will have to pay $200 more every month for their company-sponsored healthcare plan if they choose to not be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The move to add a surcharge to health insurance contributions is the latest tactic by corporate America to push employees to get the shots to fight the pandemic.

(it’s a Reuters link... dunno if I can post it...)
