Badges without credentials are useless, it is not hard to fake a badge. As a matter of fact most people would not know the difference between a bad fake badge and a real one.
Ha There are probably hundreds more where they came from. The real question is who intended on using them? They will get more.

I used to get my badges in boxes of Wheaties. I wouldn’t use anything that came out of Chicago.
The thug with the fake badge can only kill you once. The ones with the real badge can kill you a thousand times, legally.
