GINGER SLIDE
I’ve grown ginger a couple of times, first time I just put it in a pot of dirt to keep it fresh. Then it grew leaves. I managed to get a bit of fresh root. It loves sun, grows excellently in HI, needs good soil and plenty of watering. And not to have deer eat the leaves.

Ginger plants came from a nursery. Might have been weak to start with. Gardening book suggested too much sun could be unfavorable.
