Nice! Thanks, I just learned that the 4 glasses of wine that I drink each evening have been providing me with more Quercetin than everything else, except capers!!!
I have some frozen Viking Aronia which is high in quercetin, but is not pleasant to eat by itself. I’ll thaw and chew and swallow and chase it with blueberries or applesauce or something. Capers are good in a Tomato mozzarella salad on on bruschetta or in something like Puttenasca sauce. Sitting outside in the sunshine, good food and wine, yes to the Mediterranean diet! (I need a patio to go with this diet!)
