I haven’t read the links yet but is this for prevention or for an active infection? I have been doing the horse dose once a week for prevention.
IIRC .2 to .3 is preventative, .4 to .6 is active.
My understanding is that the dose is the same for both prevention and cure, except to cure an active case of covid, you take it every day for at least 5 days. For prevention, only once per week.
