That rain event dumped several inches of rain over/around the Nashville, TN area, a couple of hundred miles north of Cullman. There is a stalled frontal boundary kind of running diagonally across Tennessee and the rain seems to be sliding southeast along that line.
I dont’ know if it’s seeding, or just ordinary weather. It’s been a fairly damp August, as Augusts go.
