“Following 28 days post-2nd shot, significant reduction was seen in NT50s, IgG, and IgM levels. The average half-life of NT50s was ∼68 days and the average time-length for participants’ serums to lose the detectable activity was ∼198 days.”
“Implications of all the available evidence BNT162b2 efficacy is likely to be diminished to under detection limit by 6-7 months post-1st shot on average. Individuals with moderate NT50s may fail to block beta variants. If BNT162b2-elicited immune memory is lost soon, additional vaccine(s) or other protective means would be needed.”

Booster strategies depend on the theory that #Covid infections in the vaccinated are due to waning immunity. But to the extent infections are due to vaccine resistance of variants (Delta, Lambda), boosters of the original vaccine formulations will likely lead to more resistance. https://t.co/UmijhZXOgp— James Hill, MD (@jhillmd) August 15, 2021
Let me explain why boosters can be a double edged sword when it comes to ADE.
2 main ways we know ADE is caused:
1.Ab titers are too low to neutralize virus, causing the situation you see in my comic
2.Ab only weakly bind the virus, acting as if there were low titers. pic.twitter.com/m1v1Cth5tP— AMM, MD (@AMcA32449832) August 19, 2021
They are scrambling to get boosters out bc Ab titers are dropping while there is still quite an active specific Tc population. But this strategy would require booster every time titers drop (which we see is <6 mo). Every injection increases adverse fx & chance for anaphylaxis.— AMM, MD (@AMcA32449832) August 19, 2021
But here is the kicker:
We already know from studies that vax-induced Abs bind the virus much weaker than Abs produced by natural immunity. If those Abs are weak enough to act like a sub-neutralizing titer, u can set up the same exact scenario for ADE. pic.twitter.com/JpxD6GHpN4— AMM, MD (@AMcA32449832) August 19, 2021
...in other words, more theory, no actual...
She says 3-5 years, if it happens.
“She says 3-5 years, if it happens.”
...but we still have two months on Robert (one month down).
“Well if it is happening, then fatality rates would be expected to higher among the vaccinated. They are not. Far from it.”
“Not yet. Let’s talk about it in two months.”
29 September.
We can check back in two weeks as well, and see what Robert is saying.
I follow Robert on twitter. Should be an interesting few months.
Umm… I’m starting to see a pattern here.
73% of deaths w/in this 4d period I just reviewed were all from covid after full vaccination (column after sex is how long from last vax in series until onset of symptoms) pic.twitter.com/hXBwuKmpUK— AMM, MD (@AMcA32449832) August 18, 2021
“ Umm… I’m starting to see a pattern here.”
I just don’t see anything like that from official sources at the State, Federal or foreign Government level, or from other FReepers involved in providing care.
Isolated Twitter accounts lack credibility with me, unless they comport with both a sound theoretical explanation and independent, authoritative data.
I’m sure we could find accounts revealing powerful arguments for Bigfoot, UFOs and the Loch Ness Monster. They should be taken with a grain of salt.
The account you link uses extreme profanity (f@@k) frequently, which is atypical for highly educated, professional doctors, especially when discussing professional matters. It seizes on reckless assumptions (like probably only 1% is reported, so let’s multiply by 100), that a serious professional would avoid like a land mine. It presents conclusions that are radically in opposition to what is published in peer reviewed journals, or from official sources.
In short, it sounds like B.S. to me.
“ the mass die off of the vaccinated progressing as predicted”
What are you talking about? Robert never said anything like that nor have I”
That is why I wanted you to be specific about what your argument(s) is(are) - which you refused to do. At that time, you were posting Robert Malone’s alarmist announcement that it appeared that ADE was now occurring.
Now you deny that, and once again shift to another line of attack.
That groundlessness is why you lack credibility with me.
Do you allege that ADE is happening from the vaccines or not? If so,which vaccine(s)?
Prescient, comprehensive, and clearly written
For those who seek more nuanced understanding of ADE, as well as other aspects of what has been done to evaluate safety risk.

This isn’t about me, I’m an observer of data. My opinion doesn’t matter, nor does yours: What will happen will happen regardless of our opinions.
You don’t “lack credibility” with me no matter what your opinions are. I don’t think that way. In my opinion that’s a really weird way to interact with others. I deliberately analyze the data, not the people involved.
So, like should be obvious, I DON’T KNOW IF ADE IS HAPPENING OR NOT - NEITHER DO YOU. With other ADE events it took 3-5 years. That will be how long I watch it. So get ready for 3-5 years of data about it from me.
BTW I do deny I said anything like “the mass die off of the vaccinated progressing as predicted” because I NEVER SAID IT. If you would stop making the discussion about me you would not get in to a jam assuming things about me that aren’t true.
Concentrate on DATA - not me.

Listen to this. She is on fire. One needs to realize that the case fatality rate among those less than 50 yo is miniscule. #boomerdisease https://t.co/EYVbaOl5yb— Robert W Malone, MD (@RWMaloneMD) August 20, 2021

“So far, this is aging pretty well”
...then you link an article that has nothing to do with ADE.
ADE has not happened with these vaccines.
You don’t have to wait 3-5 years for ADE, in those diseases (like Dengue Fever), or those vaccines (like the whole virus attempts at a SARS-1 vaccine) where it does occur.
It’s simple: Eight months after your second shot, get your booster shot. pic.twitter.com/Vg6kc6RPcy— President Biden (@POTUS) August 19, 2021
