Every veteran out there that has served in Afghanistan and Iraq are being stabbed in the back by this administration.
Bush and the Neo-Cons put them on a fool’s mission trying to nationbuild that god-forsaken place.

I was a volunteer at Walter Reed since the Afghan War. Started out on the amputation ward, Ward 52, The Snake Pit.
I watched men and their families in total shock but I also watched “The Grads”.
They would come in, showing off their prosthetics limbs, strutting up to the newbies, talking to them for a while and then saying “We got to get going. We have an appointment to go wind surfing on the Chesapeake, next year you are coming with us.”
Good Lord, did they lift spirits. It was amazing to watch. Gave me a lot faith in humanity.
Now we watch are current government turn their backs on them. It’s beyond disgusting.
