Sounds like a great idea. Embarrassed to admit that I’ve not heard of canning for bacon, so if you end up doing that, definitely post an update (or FM me) on how it went.

I’ll post an info to the thread. I have to watch some videos on it to refresh my memory. I want to do half raw pack, and half with partial cooking. The raw pack will have plenty of bacon grease to use for frying taters.
