I read somewhere but you know, since I’m not his doctor, who knows, but that they have him on high doses of Adderall. And that can interfere with circulation and cause a stroke or heart attack.
But then again, dementia, or AD’s also causes strokes. Oh heck, he’s already had 2 brain aneurysms.. so his brain is a fragile piece of Swiss cheese.

Only watched first couple minutes of that speech and first impression was that the only way it could go on for much longer was if one of the stand-ins was giving it.
