Here is my experience so far.
I signed up and paid my nonrefundable 90 bucks on Monday August 9th a bit before 3pm CT. You have to give them a current photo and a photo of your driver’s license plus cc info.
I got a call on Thursday August 12 at 4:30pm from Tampa FL. I had an interview with a lady but I don’t think she was a doctor. I did ask for HCQ too but she did not respond. I told her I would like to get my supply from a local pharmacy but she wouldn’t answer if it would be. I asked her if it was covered under insurance but she wouldn’t answer. She had no idea how much it would be. She told me I would receive a 1 month supply (pre-covid) from Ravkoo and that I would have to go back to the website to request refills. I made sure she knew I wanted it for prophylactic purposes. I then received an email from them a little later and it said I would be contacted by Ravkoo within 24hrs.-72hrs after they receive my prescription, which had been made, to get payment info and verify mailing address. Then it would be mailed.
Then I got a text message from 863 734 6487 on Friday Aug 13th 12:30pm stating that my prescription is being processed and that I would receive a call from Berkley Pharmacy within 24hrs. but if not call 586 573 8300. So I called them on Saturday August 14th and it was a pharmacy in Michigan just north of Detroit. They are closed on Saturdays and do not open until Monday.
If you are open to this preventive care, I suggest you start this procedure soon. Don’t wait til you get covid, you may not get your supply in time.
I just want the HCQ and Ivermectin from my local pharmacy for a reasonable price and I called 3 doctors and they won’t give me a prescription for it.

Keep trying
Look for a local functional medicine/integrative medicine doctor. Develop a relationship. Medicine is personal, not one size fits all.

Thanks for the post about your experience. I did the same thing on this past Wednesday and haven’t heard anything. So, do you think they are going to send HCQ and Ivermectin? Sounds like they didn’t tell you.

I ordered both HCQ and Ivectermin from Ziverdo in India I received invectermin, Azithromicin, and HCQ 3 month supply of all for $250.00 it did take 2 weeks for delivery delivery was free!!! So I have it just in case!! I have to say though that I have been on D3, C, Zinc, Quercetin and NAC from the week all this BS started my doc put all of his patients on this he is in research for autoimmune disorders NOT ONE of his patients has gotten this virus and he has hundreds of patients!! I was very worried because my 91 year old mom was admitted to the hospital a few months ago she was there 4 days and no masks were required in the room!! The hospital is the worst place on the planet to spend any time I spent 4 days and nights there not vaccinated and came out just fine!! I am 67 years old also!!!

Dosages are empirical. Dosages range from 3mg/day to .3mg/kg. Pick your dose and go with it. I have seen protocols that state treatment three days in a row and then once every three days thereafter. The tablets come in 3mg increments. Ivermectin clears the system within 24 hours. If your sight shows some problems or your balance is affected back off and use a lower dose. What we got from Tractor Supply was the Durvet Apple-Flavored paste. $6.49 for a tube.
It’s in a large syringe calibrated in 50# increments. My wife has been using it as a treatment for the rosacea on her cheeks and it really seems to work well.
I tasted it and it’s not bad. Definitely apple flavored with a slightly bitter aftertaste. But mixing it with apple sauce or peanut butter would work fine.
