I work for a fortune 500 telecom company. They aren’t mandating vaccines to return to work...
They are however making our lives hell if we choose to not get it. ie, masking, daily health assessments, threat of termination if we don’t complete said assessment or lie about vaccination. Throughout working from home, we were allowed to expense our internet and mobile phone. Now if you opt to work from home, you can longer expense either, must have a certain caliber of internet connection, must have all dependents cared for by someone other than us, stripped away a week of our paid time off, mandating online working hours...
Essentially we are being punished to the fullest legal extent, I’m sure in hopes we just cave and get the shot.
Add to that, the treatment regimens they were so adamant to squelch (HCQ, ivermectin) have far better track records to minimize health care Costas and the disease than hospital or ICU stays, ventilators, respirators, Remdesivir, etc.
They knew all these moving parts that have become apparent for over 10 years. We now know the CCP was closely involved in engineering the Wuhan flu and that Fauci sent millions of our tax dollars to Wuhan to help make it a bio-weapon. It haas all been a PLANDEMIC!
What fits the data is an out of control fascist regime orchestrated by the cabal, Deep State, vaxx stakeholders—but I repeat myself—with the intentional benefit to the evolving totalitarian state of greatly reducing Medicare expenses by killing off grannies and placating the iilluminati who want a new eco-balance of 500m as the global population goal.
Lawsuits will mean absolutely nothing. The courts will rule in favor of the government and the corporations that do its' bidding.
Other more effective methods will be applied which do not involve Pretense-of-Law.
It is tragic. Here we are. Imagine where we will be.
Next step will be door to door with armed jabbers.
The rumors are unemployment benefits will be canceled if you are fired for not getting the jab.
Interesting stand off developing. Seems a lot of airlines stopped the mandate, but as connected as they are to the .gov that won’t last long.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m no lawyer, but you might want to check around and see if a company can fire someone and seize their pension over this thing. That seems like an HR nightmare to me.

Unless things have changed and IIRC, all pensions have to be vested by 7.5 Years(that is a partial vesting each year). Or if no partial vesting, then 5 yrs for full vesting. Of course, the formula will give you more benefits for each year of service, so leaving early results in a lesser benefit.
As far as a 401k, that is yours-they can’t take it-as long as you are vested. Of course, even if not vested, the amount you put in is yours.
You can roll that over into an IRA. And you can also draw the money without penalty, using what is known as rule 72T. That is basically a constant periodic amount figured over your lifetime.
