Wonder if any company will ever come up with regular over the counter medication for Covid when people get sick. I guess its just impossible since it would be a lot more sensible than attempting to vaccinate 100% of the population even those in very low risk groups.

It already exists; in some parts of the world, these are OTC:
HCQ/Ivermectin + azithro/doxycycline + zinc, and vitamins C, D, etc.
