I am not necessarily recommending any thing for anyone. Just posting Ideas I run across, in case one of them might be helpful. The potential for success will likely be very different depending on circumstances.

The military is a whole different ballgame-but I'd say a sympathetic JAG officer would be a starting point to determine a strategy. And also, it's better to be in a group rather than individuals.
