I tried looking up the post on Twitter (I don't have an account).

It will show me the Tweet (with the "join / sign in to Twitter" notice floating on top of it), but when I click the X on the "join Twitter" notice, the screen reverts to the Twitter timeline of the person who quoted McMurtry.
