None of those things are new. Javelin is over 20 years. Just like the Stinger, they have to be maintained, they won’t be in Talibanistan. As for the F-15 sim, you’d think deployed pilots would get enough hours without resorting to a sim. Should have been destroyed since the Afghanis weren’t flying F-15s.
