In most people Speech(word finding) is located in the dominate hemisphere in the left superior temporal lobe. Even an MRI of the brain may not show the immediate effects. A serial MRI every 6 months for several years might demonstrate atrophic effects in the regions of the brain that had the mini strokes due to the micro emboli.

He had given over 900 injections and his patients started presenting with reduced ability to exercise, confusion, etc. So he started testing his jab recipients’ blood, and found 62% of those tested had elevated D-dimer. D-dimer is elevated with recent clotting present, or cancer.
I doubt 62% of the patients had cancer.
