I promise make a pole with a flat 3x3 square on the end. Make a pile of seven dust and hold it up to the entry hole where they land to go in. They wil drag it in panic will ensue and they leave . I’ve done it multiple times
I just had an idea about the bees. Since bees are useful - essential - creatures, and there are bee keepers... maybe somehow contact a bee keepers association and say you have spare bees? Bee keepers are experienced with bees and might like more. My father kept bees and I remember him mentioning bee keepers he knew would do that.
Craigslist? Looking up bee keepers groups?
