I guess it’s too late now, but for honey bees, I would contact your local beekeeping association. They may remove them for you, in which case they would not charge you anything because they get another colony.
I wish that were true. I started by calling the Florida Beekeepers Association secretary, who lives here in Orlando. His referral quotes a vague $400. My neighbor and I searched for free bee removal but found only a busy competitive commercial operation. One contractor said he would show up with a FLIR scanner (forward looking infrared) to determine the size of the infestation... he didn't show up; says he is too busy. sigh
