I was finally able to get on Telegram once I installed the app on my iPhone. Now it works on both my phone and my desktop. Just installing on my desktop it wouldn’t send me the code to my cellphone.

That’s how I installed Telegram on mine, phone first and then the computer. Once I had it installed on the computer I uninstalled it from my phone. Works great. I didn’t want it on my phone but had to do it in that order to get it on my PC.
