I wouldnt get too worked up about the trains with military equipment. To me it looks like a rotation to or back from NTC (National Training Center) Ft. Irwin CA. I went on a rotation in 1990 from Ft. Carson CO. We loaded all of our crap on trains took buses to CA played around in the desert for three week loaded our crap back on trains and headed back to CO.
My guess is that it’s one of the Georgia Fort doing training. Possibly Ft. Riley in Kansas.

I have an 8 year old female and am first b!+ch pick from two upcoming litters due first week of September. Training these stubborn slobber factories is challenging but well worth it. Best dog I’ve ever adopted!
What a coincidence, I bought a big bunch of dandelion at the store a few days ago, and have had salad each day now. I grew up eating it every spring, fantastic with sliced hard boiled egg, bacon, thin sliced onion and some parmesan flakes and a homemade dressing.
