That’s between You, Baby Yoda and your Maker, LOL!

Speak for him, I will not! :)

Current crocheted afghan I'm working on. It WAS going to go to Mom, but as it develops, the colors are a little too masculine, so I think I'll give this one to Beau for up at our cabin.

The one below is the one I'm entering in our County Fair this season. It is called 'Lakota Dreams' and the turquoise color is MUCH brighter in real life. I'm glad I checked the Iowa County Fair website because TODAY was the deadline for entries. I'm all registered; #549 destined for my SECOND Blue Ribbon! I'm expecting more competition this year in the Senior Open Class; in 2020 I was the only entry, so I won, LOL! 🙂

Last year's winning entry was 'Sun, Sea & Sand.' Same pattern but with tropical ocean blues and some 'sparkle' where the sea meets the shore. The pattern is 'Spectrum' from Caron Simply Soft. I made the first one for my Sister at her request in the bright colors shown at the link below. This afghan is the 5th one I've made in this pattern. It's sturdy in a half-double crochet stitch, and also warm, but not too warm, so a good all-season blanket, if that makes any sense.
