Do you can it?

I can make apple butter, and turns out okay canned too. Just not anything that is supposed to gel. I even watched a friend make hers and she gave me directions as she went. I took notes. Still, didn’t work for me when I tried it myself

Yes I canned it.
It does not require gelling it.

You cook it on the stove and as it thickens!
Sugar of course is involved!
then you pour into jars.
Similar to homemade applesauce! I'll go find the recipe! :)

Well I lost the recipe ,ha tore up all my little notes ..anyhow it's easy. I saw different things on line,but I did not add pineapple juice to it.

Ir's just like apple sauce but with pears and honey!
That's all I got since I lost that little piece of paper somewhere years ago!
