Well I lost the recipe ,ha tore up all my little notes ..anyhow it's easy. I saw different things on line,but I did not add pineapple juice to it.

Ir's just like apple sauce but with pears and honey!
That's all I got since I lost that little piece of paper somewhere years ago!

There are a lot of recipes for pear honey out there! I do see the ones with pineapple, seems to me the strong Taste of pineapple would take over the pear taste. I’ll do it like you, I’ll skip the pineapple.
