I don’t know how it looked before, but the one where Biden delivered remarks on the Evacuation of American Citizens and Their Families, SIV Applicants and Their Families, and Vulnerable Afghans is titled ‘President Biden Delivers Remarks’ (title doesn’t give subject) and the comments are turned off (this part seems to be standard for WH videos).
All the other ‘delivers remarks’ videos has what the remarks are for (COVID-19, Tropical Storm Henri, etc.).
