Thanks a lot for posting. It looks like a very nice area, green and the water looks a lot cleaner than here. The river here does move much so it’s not nice looking.
The old downtown in the second video still looks halfway decent, but I’ve been to neighborhoods in California that look a lot worse. Give them time.

Other then painting the buildings all colors like the Mexican’s do it is still fairly decent downtown. Our city has some pretty strict regulations so far and if you don’t keep them you can be fined.
