You are wrong. There are many without the means to move and aren’t being allowed to move. You and others watering this down like people were late to the checkout line is sickening.

No one is stranded until we are no longer taking people out and the stranded someone is left there without a means to move.....so no, at this time, no one is stranded.
And so it begins , NYS will sink lower and lower.
