Was she working in a PUBLIC school or a PRIVATE school? Because if Public it is very hard to fire a Ten Year teacher (maybe she wasn’t Ten Year).
My husband when he was a VP in California he and the principle had to go to court to fire a teacher who was drinking on the job. It took a long time and a lot of doing but they did finally got it done.
It was so long ago I can’t actually remember if it was a Judicial court or an Administrative court. It was more than likely Administrative.
It is a public school, Lehi High School, Lehi, UT.
She didn’t look like she was old enough to have been there 10 years.
