Here’s an article about the FBI found ‘little’ evidence that the Jan. 6 event was a coordinated attack.
Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
I don’t see any indication in that article aboute charges being dropped. In fact, I saw news today that there’s an arrest warrant out for Infowars host Owen Shroyer for his activities on Jan. 6; he’ll be turning himself in on Monday. To me, that doesn’t sound like they’re going to be dropping charges on all but a few anytime soon.
This is a report Tucker did back in June, saying there are ‘unindicted co-conspirators’ which more than likely means FBI agents. This was specific about one of the Oath Keepers, I believe.

I didn’t realize that US Attorney’s Office for DC has a webpage for what it calls ‘Capitol Breach Cases’. You can see the charge for each person; case documents; location of arrest; case status including whether incarcerated or out on bond and court date info; and date entry last updated. I only see one case dismissed and that’s Christopher Kelly back in June. If charges are dismissed in the future, this site should indicate it.

And finally....I’m NOT suggesting that this website is fair and balanced or even conservative. In fact it’s described as left of center and progressive. However, they did an article analyzing Tucker’s article from June about the FBI being involved; some of what they say is intriguing if true. I’ve only skimmed the article; I haven’t read the documents in question myself to see what I think.

Harris to campaign for Gov. Gavin Newsom in California after Vietnam, Singapore trip
Newsom has also received strong backing from President Biden
Vice President Kamala Harris will be making a campaign pit stop in California next week to support Gov. Gavin Newsom in his effort to survive the recall election.
The California native will travel through her home state Friday on her return from Asia to support Newsom during the final weeks in the race to hold the governorship, her office told reporters.
Other prominent Democrats are also supportive.
The possible penalties for these minor offenses are far greater than they would be for entering just about any other building. Congress has protected itself with these charges/penalties which they obviously use depending on the political persuasion of the perpetrator.
The Dems and their willing accomplices in the press have completely ignored the fact that there were about 200,000 people at the rally near the Washington Monument. Most Americans have no idea that the reason people were in DC on Jan 6 was to support President Trump, not to invade the Capitol building.
IMHO the instigators of the incursion are NOT Trump supporters. Many people were carried away in their enthusiasm after having been at a Trump rally and being in DC, many for the first time ever. They became useful idiots, thus harming themselves and the cause of patriots.
