Good morning everyone!
It’s been super hot here, and I live in the Sierra’s. Every day is scary because of fire danger. Especially this year, but so far so good.
We have a new puppy.
I’ve fallen down twice in the last six weeks and hurt my back. I see no point in going to the doctor about it as there isn’t anything they can do about it.
Still quilting and knitting and not watching any news.

Have you tried a chiropractor?
I have gotten relief there.
I’m so happy to say the monsoons have taken care of our fire danger.
At least this is one thing we don’t have to worry about.

What is your puppy’s name?
Be careful about falling. That sounds scary. And I know back pain is miserable.
