Yet more proof the Biden border crisis is 100% intentional — the Admin has filed an emergency motion to…keep the border open.

The Biden administration filed an emergency motion last night in a bid to pause a court order that would require the U.S. to reinstate the Remain-in-Mexico border policy over the weekend.
Reviving the Trump-era policy in that timeframe is "nearly impossible," officials said.
David Shahoulian, a top DHS official overseeing border policy, said the recent court order would force the administration to implement Remain-in-Mexico "in perpetuity" since the U.S. government does not have the operational capacity to detain all migrants and asylum-seekers.

Top State Department official Ricardo Zuniga said the U.S. can't implement the Trump-era asylum policy unilaterally, noting it would be impossible to do so without the "support and material collaboration of Mexico."
He added that Mexico would need to care for returned migrants.
In another declaration, top immigration court official Daniel Weiss said the revival of the Remain-in-Mexico program would be logistically challenging and exacerbate the historic 1.3 million case backlog in the U.S. immigration court system.

We can solve the issue in three words:
CLOSE
THE
BORDER
This is worse for us than the Afghanistan fiasco.
So sick of this demented tool destroying this great nation.
No doubt the border *crisis* and EVERYTHING else they’ve muffed up (in the excellent list, upthread) is ON PURPOSE!!
All part of their plan, and they are working at ‘warp speed’ to reach their sick and evil goal.
Only a leftist could think that the Remain in Mexico policy should not be reinstated because it will increase the historic backlog of cases waiting to be heard. The left’s way of shortening the list of cases to be heard is to just let the people into the country without even a court date. Democrats are so disgusting with their ... make America last policies.
Thanks for the ping.
Well we all know that the biden administration can not deal with anything "logistically challenging".
