In another declaration, top immigration court official Daniel Weiss said the revival of the Remain-in-Mexico program would be logistically challenging and exacerbate the historic 1.3 million case backlog in the U.S. immigration court system.

Well we all know that the biden administration can not deal with anything "logistically challenging".
