The PT I went to was recommended by my granddaughter. She’s a PTA in Chattanooga and he was one of her instructors in college. He has an office but mostly works out of his house. He also helps through email and video conferencing. If I hadn’t gone to him on my own I’d be in much worse shape.
I wonder if she’s involved at my PT office in ‘Nooga. I won’t discuss it here since we don’t want to dox anybody, but my treatment was great. An approach involving muscle release and trigger point therapy along with stretching and strengthening. Of course, my situation is far different from yours so it’s not necessarily the same approach.
