I got some of the powder. I weighed out my dose and put it into 00 capsules. That turned out to be a lot of pills. So, I just blended it in a smoothie instead. No taste.
My dose will fit into the 00 capsule, barely, but I mostly just stir it into one of those single serve cinnamon applesauce cups. Can’t even tell it’s in there.
