Just got off the phone with my daughter. She and son are so upset and I don’t blame them. My grandson is in his LAST semester of college (Point Park) and was recently notified by them that the vax is required to come on campus. If he does not get the vax, he has to finish virtually. That would be fine but he has three “labs”. If he decides to transfer to another college that does not have this mandate, he will lose whatever scholarship funds remain. Exemptions for getting the vax are accepted but STILL can’t come to campus. This sucks!
Recommend he do a year of internship till the stupidity clears. He’ll make some money, get real world experience, and his resume will be stronger for it. He can do the non-lab classes and keep his student status at the same time.
