If you are able, get some Star Anise pods to brew tea. It tastes like licorice... I add a cinnamon stick and a little honey and it's quite good (and I'm no fan of black licorice). You can order them on any herbal store online. 4 pods per cup of tea...crush them in a mortar/pestle, or put them in a Ziplock bag and crush them with an ice mallet. Then put them in a tea strainer and steep the tea. If my cough starts back up (which it does every 3-4 days or so, just like any other bronchial flu I've ever had), I get back on the tea and it calms down. The pods contain shikimic acid, which does something to stop the spike protein, which is what is floating around and getting into the heart and other organs.
My biggest concern has been the after effects with the spike, seeing as how I already was having vein issues before this, which runs in my family. I am reading that the Quercetin + Bromelain and the shikimic acid is supposed to remove the spikes. I hope so. But seeing as how people taking the vaccine are having that same problem with clotting, I really don't see the benefit of taking the jab. I would thank them for their concern and run far, far away from that needle.
so I don't think its too late for ivermectin.....
can I ask....where do you get quercetin?....health food stores?
I’m not sure if Ivermectin would help this late in the game (you’re dealing with the pneumonia now, which is residual), but I would certainly try it.

Yes, from what I’ve read it does help even late in the game. Better if taken early.
Aurorales, sorry your feeling so bad. Prayers up for a full and speedy recovery.
How much Ivermectin were you taking? I have 12mg tabs
Re: Quercetin
Before I got covid.... I was taking 500mg of quercetin 1x a day.
At first sign of illness I was taking 500mg, 3x a day.
Thank you for the tea recipe. I will see about getting the star anise.
