Found the image on Gab. Did some digging. WEF Charles Schwab a Rothschild descendent. Confirmed this part:

Of all the holdings my parents had, their account at Schwab was by far the biggest pain in the arse to resolve, transfer and close. Also their work with the customer was nil. I always told my dad to transfer it over to Merrill Lynch but he refused.

In fact Schwab’s engagement with the customer is so bad it should be criminal.

Merrill Lynch on the other side of things were hands on and quite a pleasure to work with.

In your post, did you mean Klaus Schwab instead of Charles Schwab? I don’t think they are the same person, let alone related.
