I know it was suggested for someone else, but FYI, you won’t find too many basements in Florida. ;)

Greatly beloved here in OK, though. Very handy during tornado season. Mine leaks like a sieve in really heavy rains due to age of the house, but wet feet are no big deal, given the alternatives. :-)
