It is neither at least with any high degree of efficacy. Early on the treatment of choice is monoclonal antibodies. Once hospitalized it is decadron and remdesivir with tociluzimab for more severe disease. But the armchair quarterbacks armed with google know it all…..

An expert told me to drink Gin and Tonics to keep Covid at bay. He’s a well-respected bartender so I believe him but I think I got the Delta variant a month ago anyway.
