The legislatures of all those states had the authority to correct the problem between Election Day in November 2020 and the Electoral College certification on December 14th.

None of them did.

Under the U.S. Constitution the state legislatures have the sole and unambiguous authority to determine how the electors are chosen in each state. If none of them took any corrective measures, then no Federal court has any business getting involved in the process.

That doesn’t mean they complied with the law.

And when states send fraudulent certificates to the the federal government, that most certainly is the Supreme Court’s business.
