I can’t recall which movie, but it had a hilarious scene. They’re hundreds of years in the future and they find a Twinkie. It tastes just fine.

Family Guy has an old episode where they are looking for an old twinkie factory after society crumbled when the year 2000 happened.
I had a problem with twinkies being moldy twice in a row, before their sell by date. I stopped buying them years ago.
