You don't have to be a doctor to run chemical instrumentation for analysis or to look in a microscope.

I'd be more concerned with...not necessarily the speakers, but the researchers on whom they are relying; whether the researchers are experienced in the analytical techniques they used.

And, secondly (though they claim to have addressed it), chain of custody -- it'd also be nice to have certification that the original samples at the beginning of the chain of custody are real actual extant jab material, stored under the manufacturer recommended conditions.

First the claim that researchers in Spain at Universidad de Almería found graphene oxide in the vaccine is false. It was Here on twitter the University denies doing any research on this. Secondly the doctor the supposed document claimed to be written by is a horticulturalist and doesn't do this research.

And the S.A. Philippe Van Welbergen mentioned in the video is a homeopath antivaxxer. No doubt he'd recommend something more like this: Coronavirus: Can cow dung and urine help cure the novel coronavirus?
