If you are an illegitimate government with a lot of c.w. casualties or a secret organization that needs to dispose of corpses it does not leave much of a legal trail against the back ground of legalized body disposal.
WH lights are on past "curfew".
Usually extinguished at 11:00 PM exactly, tonight seems to be an exception. Lights as bright as ever at 11:06. Given that they are on now, I'll presume they'll be on overnight.
[note: there have been 1-2 exceptions to lights-out; the only one I know specifically is the night of St. Pats day, when the WH was green overnight]
